Traditional agents spend most of their time doing busy work and customer service. However, lead generation, marketing, and prospecting are the most profitable areas we can be investing our time to grow our business.
If you don’t spend the first few hours of each day hunting for new business through prospecting and other lead generation activities, then simply put…you won’t have that much business!
If business is not flowing into your life, then there are only 3 ways to get more business.
- Spend a lot of money on advertising to create inbound inquires
- Pick up the phone and call people ; Sphere, Past Clients, Expired, FSBO’s, Lis Pendens
- Network at tradeshows or business events
Or… Don’t do any of these and complain about a shortage of business and lack of money.
