FACEBOOK: Still Thinks it’s Just for Teenagers?

Do you still think Facebook is just for your teenage kids to post silly pictures?

Think again!

INMAN News reported recently that Realtors earning over $100k per year surveyed that Social Media is their number one source for creating business?

What does this statistic mean to you?

It means to be successful in 2012 Real Estate, implementing a Social Media marketing strategy is imperative!

The problem for most Realtors is either not knowing how to set up and manage a social media marketing campaign, or even more often just simply not having the time each day to sit down and do the work necessary.

There is a solution to this available to our Realtors.

At EXiT Realty Central we offer to set up and manage our Realtors Social Media Marketing strategy for them. While our Realtors are out listing and selling houses, we offer to set up and manage their social media marketing strategy for them to help them build more relationships, more contacts, and ultimately more referrals!

In 2012, if you don’t have an active Social Media marketing strategy, you mine as well hang up your Real Estate hat now because your competitors will be building relationships with your sphere of influence on their Social Media sites and they will be the ones to receive the referrals.

EXiT Realty Central is currently welcoming Realtors from other companies to come see how we are taking our Realtors business to the next level.
